While traveling, we met a family member there for "lunch on the road" as we have enjoyed Outbacks in other locations. This one was a bit hard to find but it seemed to have a lot of diners. We used the "on-line" waitlist which sort of worked. The total time for meal production was very long time so don't go there in a hurry, plan on spending time. The server, Matthew, was very pleasant and engaging. While I had the Scampi dish, it re-enforced my opinion that perhaps meat is the best thing to go with there. Pricing was normal for Outbacks but I would think twice before going there again.

For starters, they lost our reservation for my nieces bday dinner for only 8 ppl, told us we would have to wait another 30 minutes. Normally that would be ok, but the restaurant was literally empty of customers!! No menu or drinks offered while we had to wait. Seemed like the greeters and our waitress hated life. They were so rude and didn’t seem to care if we were happy or not. Out of 8 of us, only 3 meals came out edible. Had to send the other 5 back. It was already after 9pm at this point so we said no thanks to recooking the meals. The manager seemed like a super nice guy that tried to make things right although he promised twice to bring us out our to go order fresh, but yet, we left without it because it was never brought to us. He did make sure they brought out brownies and ice cream and sang to my niece for her birthday AND didn’t charge any of us for the drinks and edible meals. He also sent us all home with $20 como cards to come back again on a later date. I’m pretty sure we will be waiting until they hopefully get their act together before putting those to use. I felt bad for the poor manager but over half those ppl working there needed to be sent home!! If ya hate your job that much, find something else.

After waiting 50 minutes someone from the kitchen comes to our table to tell us our ticket had been misplaced. The service could definitely be improved. Will be our last visit here.

There aren’t very many decent choices in this area, so this Outback was packed with people during the dinner rush. Even though the staff was clearly very busy, they were nice and accommodating. My steak didn’t come out correctly, so they had to make me a new one. The manager brought it over and apologized, and the new steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. Our waiter was new, but very nice and genuinely cared about our experience. Pleasant surprise for this area.

Located in the very back of a deserted strip shopping center, we stopped for a Friday lunch. About 20 people in the place, we sat at the bar, waited about 5 minutes for the bartender/server to appear. Ordered wings as an appetizer, which were fine. A salad, and chicken sandwich were our entrees. 20 minutes later our entrees arrived after we asked someone to check on them. The manager said they were delivered as soon as they were put in the window, but the chicken was cold, as was the baked potato. Poor quality food coupled with poor service is the sign of establishment not interested in their clientele.
