Visited on a busy Tuesday morning. The guests were greeted as they walked in but the greeting was very not very sincere and not said with a smile. (Later when it was not so busy i saw same employee greet with a smile). There were 5 employees behind the counter - 2 taking orders and 3 making drinks.
I ordered a mocha frappelatte which I assumed was like a mocha frappacino at Starbucks. I was handed a hot drink that just tasted like coffee. (I heard the girl who made my drink say to a co-worker that it was her first day). I did later see another customer get a frappelatte which was a frozen blended drink.
There were about 17 bar stools (10 along walls with outlets for charging). There were also 3 tables for about 4 people each to sit.
There were a few pastries and prepackaged “wrap” sandwiches and salads for sale in refrigerated case next to ordering counter. I chose a chef salad with a sell by date the next day. It was fine.
This coffee shop is at the end of B concourse and it was very busy this morning.
Nice jazz music was playing in the background. Lighting was good. A few tv’s were on in the corners.
