The place feels like a barn and it is a herd mentality to get seated and served. The food is basic and it is a no frills experience.

We went with friends, ordered the BBQ dinner; steak dinner; salmon dinner. Salmon was farm raised, steak was well done, pulled pork was bland like it was cooked in water and chicken was legs & thighs, no spices added, no taste. After you sat down you could squirt bbq sauce on all the meat. It came with mashed red potatoes, coleslaw, bbq beans, biscuits and a peach/pineapple cobbler. In our opinion they need to find a New chief who can cook for a crowd. Entertainment was good, 3 guitarists 1 guy also played the harmonica.

This is a cowboy style dinner theater near the Ruby inn and owned, like almost everyplace around, by the same folks
The meal ion this day was a choice of steak, fish, chicken or barbecue. Each of these was tasty. Accompaniments included mashed potatoes, gravy, beans. Dessert was very sweet peach cake. All-in-all reasonable, not exceptional food
The entertainment was a group of three guitar players and a fiddle player. The performed nearly non-stop with a series of old and recent country songs by well-known artists. The voices were excellent, some songs well done others mediocre. The fiddle player was phenomenal and a duet between her and a guitar player was spectacular. In summary, given the limited choices around a fair experience

For a fun activity in the Bryce area, I recommend the dinner and show at Ebenezer's Barn and Grill. You eat a barbecue buffet meal while listening to live country music being performed on a full-size stage, and the musicians are actually quite good. We got to hear classics by Dolly Parton, John Denver, Neil Diamond, Patsy Kline, and more. The band put on a high-quality show, particularly the fiddler. I'd been expecting something more hokey and geared toward children, but it was more like an adult concert that the kids also happened to enjoy. At one point, they were invited up to the stage to dance to a song. The food is by no means fine dining, but it was tasty enough and something different from the rest of the offerings in the area. It was a fun and relaxing way to spend an evening.

Went for a meal and a show , food was OK , limited choice but what was on offer was edible. Show was good but short so overall it’s a average score for me but I could fully understand people marking it lower.
