The staff at this hotel is one of the best I met when travelling in the US. They are friendly, helpful, and really passionate about their works. The hardware of the hotel is not really new, but clean and convenient enough for customers. Highly recommend for business or leisure trip here.

I had the worst experienct Ive ever had at a hotel. I had to cange rooms twice because of problems which I wont go in to. I was awardwd free breakfast for the duration of my stay but after eating it the first day I didnt again. Fruit was old and the rest didnt taste well

A great stay and an amazing breakfast staff with the “Lucy” duo! The rooms were very comfortable and the area around the hotel gave us so many options for eating and shopping! Lots of shopping! We will stay again some day.

I stayed there for a week for work. The service is excellent, Everyone is really nice, big smiles on their faces. The amenities are good - small but good gym, small but great bistro, pretty nice room, renovated rooms, fast enough internet.... great free shuttle service to my work and nearby malls.... highly recommended and I would be happy to stay there again.

A bit of a mixed bag honestly.

The hotel was great, room was nice, bed very comfy.

The location is good to, a 5-10 minute walk to much of the mall and numerous options for dining.

The issue is the lack of a real restaurant at the hotel.

Though the website talks about the 'Bistro', it's not in any way a sit down restaurant.

It's a coffee bar, basically think Starbucks with a couple hot breakfast items.

You get in line, order the food and then they'll bring it to you.

You can't even get a glass of water for free though.

And heaven help you if you get there after 7, it seems the line never ends. You can wait 10 minutes to try to get your food while others are getting their coffee.

They need to split the lines between simply take out and order in, but haven't.

The food really isn't worth the wait though. On two separate days, I had to send it back as the eggs were cold and rubbery.

End result, the hotel is great but the 'restaurant' is crap unless you want an overpriced coffee and yogurt.
