The concept of a Mexican buffet might come across as baffling to many as you typically think of Mexican as a combo, lunch special, or a la carte kind of place. This place has a buffet and I decided to give it a try. They had all the fixings for fajitas of different varieties, burritos, enchiladas, and empanadas along with rice, black beans, refried beans. There was a salsa bar and salad fixing plus dessert options. I was amazed at how fresh and good the food was on the buffet. Everything tasted great and was freshly prepared. It seemed as just everything had come straight from the kitchen.
