We spent a week in a very nice condo located on Treasure Island near St.Pete FL. Land's End is a very quiet and well kept condo complex, security at the gate, nice and clean swimming pool, ready access to tennis, wonderful white sand beach, etc. Not far from restaurants and other distractions. The condo was well equipped, clean, nicely located.
Only draw back was the balcony facing a public parking lot; this parking gets busy during the day, a little noisy with big SUVs and motorcycles. People come and go to have access to the boardwalk and fish into the canal behind Land's End. However, all becomes quiet early in the night.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our close family and friends.

No spring breakers here. Quiet, beach-front community. Seems to be popular with the Canadians and folks from 'up North'. I used to stay in Sunset Vistas, right after it was built, but Lands End is better value now. I actually prefer the canal view to beach view. You get to watch boaters and kayakers pass by. Use Resort Rentals. I think they have a few units in the community. I have had good experience with them over the years. Make sure to visit Woody's across the canal.
