We were so looking forward to this event and we were SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!! When we first arrived at the hotel we were told check in for this event started at 6pm and that did not happen until 6:50pm. When check in did start, one woman was trying to check in approximately 70 people for a show that was supposed to start at 7pm and end at 9pm. Neither of those two times were accurate. The food was not good enough and the show was embarrassingly slow and not amusing enough to pay $130 a couple and it was a cash bar. We spent a lot of money and we didn't get out of there until 10:50pm. When you put on your website till 9pm and you go almost 2 hours over on a week night, that's a problem!! Shame on the entire event and the Hilton Hotel for letting this happen on their premises.

Hello Mary,
We are very sorry you did not have a wonderful experience and received inaccurate information. Our Saturday night shows start at 6:00pm-9:00pm. Tuesday shows start at 7:00pm-10:00 pm to give guest working that day extra time for travel. The front desk, who is not affiliated with the show, made an error. Correct show time is printed on all tickets. Regardless, we are very regretful your experience was not outstanding, please accept our apologies.

Maybe it was the horrible traffic on Rte 75 that got us off on the wrong foot, but I am sorry to say that this event did not live up to our expectations. The company at our table was the highlight of our evening, with the performance ranking a sorry second, battling it out with the food for last place. The "plot" was confusing, the performers borderline annoying, and "drama" totally missing. A good word for the servers, who at least did their jobs professionally, thus gaining one of my "stars". I don't know how they can work through this over and over. Three hours better spent elsewhere, like a REAL performance at the Straz followed by a GOOD meal at the Columbia Restaurant or one of the many other Tampa choices. Bah, humbug!

We were visiting From Ireland and went for a night out. We enjoyed every minute of the night. The actors were good and did there best to include as many people as possible including my very quiet husband. The food was not good at all but that was the hotel not the group. There is a prize for the one who solves the murder with the most clues solved and its good fun. we met so many lovely people at the clue finding session and the people sharing our table made our night so much more enjoyable including the murder victim who was on our table too!! i recommend to anyone who enjoys a good who dunnit.

We tried this as something different to do in Tampa. It was at the Hilton in a private room. Name tags are given at registration and we got to use any name we wanted, celebrity, etc. The idea is to use the clues given to figure out who killed the first victim, but there other victims along the way, seated at tables like regular guests. It was fun! Dinner is served at the table during the show. However, some things could be improved. The food was not great but that is the hotel, not the show's fault. Clues could be more specific. All in all, a different dinner experience.
