Was good; but some of the employees were not up to par....seemed confused with some of the meals, etc.

This is a very busy Chipotle Mexican Grill on the north side of Fowler Avenue. Sometimes there are over twenty people waiting in line during lunch and dinner time. The service, though, is quick as there are at least ten people working.
The new Chorizo Burrito is quite good. I ordered one and, unfortunately, received mostly rice. I quickly found out that you need to direct the server exactly what you want. On my second visit, I ordered less rice, more fajita vegetables and the Chorizo mix. I did ask for more Chorizo, but was told that I “would have to pay more.”
I should have insisted that I was ordering a “Chorizo Burrito” and the majority of it should be Chorizo! My three stars reflect the attitude of the server. They do not weigh the food, and how would you know if you were getting all that you paid for?
For being a popular place, the seating area should be larger. I sat outside and even though it was cool, the western sun was quite warm. The piped in music was nice.

When you spend all weekend at softball tournaments, Chipotle is a great place to grab take out. Love their rice bowls. Service is fast. Staff is friendly.
The food here has been good but they consistently run out of items on their prep line. Also don't know how to make iced tea - never had 2 cups that were alike - often just dirty looking water. Another issue is the decibal level of the music - it has been so deafening that several times we've had to ask them to turn it down. As other reviewers have noted, the staff is disinterested in their customers.
Where to start with this location. The lines are always very long and ingredients seem to run out constantly. The staff seem very unfriendly and disinterested and the quality of the food is not good in comparison with the other chipotles in the Tampa area. Also, maybe not as much Chipotles problem, but there are hobos in the parking lot who will accost you at night and it can be quite frightening. This has been a complaint for a while but nothing has been done about it.
