First the Pros: We had a 4th floor unit, beautiful view of Ocean. Even though not right on the beach we enjoyed the view more than some beachfront properties due to being able to see palm trees. The location of the condo is very nice, right across the street from the Crescent Grocery Store, Captain Curt's, City PIzza, and other shops. Very close to the main bridge. The pool and grounds are kept up nice. They come by during the week and ask if you would like to exchange towels, linens, beach towels and any other items that provide like toilet paper, etc. Nice touch.
Cons: I agree with the other poster. The light coming into the bedroom was so bad that I had to finally go out the 3rd day and buy 7 blue poster boards and tape. I literally had to make my own "board curtain" to cover over the blinds to get some sleep. Before that it was horrible. They need to invest in some curtains that block all light, like in hotels. The furniture is very uncomfortable, even the chairs on the patio. The bed is only a queen, but there is room for a king, it also wasn't that comfortable. The free beach chairs are pretty old, tacky and need to be replaced. The outlets in the bathroom went out the day before. It was so close to the end of our vacation, we didn't even notify them.
