When plans with friends till through for Easter dinner, I was delighted to find a reservation available at Sea Salt. Courtney, our wait person, was upbeat and added to the fun of the evening. The stand out dishes for us where the muscles in a spicy broth and the new vision Caesar salad (looks like sushi). We shared the swordfish Au poivre that was beautifully served and delicious. The manager circulated around the restaurant checking in with diners to make sure everything was going well. Of course, the cotton candy at the end of the dinner was great fun. It’s not an inexpensive restaurant but the location, service and quality of the food makes it worthwhile for a special occasion

Dinner at Sea Salt was outstanding! The attractive venue offers both inside dining as well as a large, covered patio. We started with 6 raw Oysters (chef's choice) served with 3 different toppings. After requesting bread, Michael brought over a lovely basket with 2 scrumptious choices; (we ate all the bread!). The wild mushroom bisque was to die for! My entrée, Swordfish Au Poivre comprised a beautifully prepared steak glazed with a slightly sweet peppercorn reduction and was accompanied by braised cabbage and roasted beets. Excellent! Spouse selected Lobster Cavatelli, dressed with a delectable creamy pink sauce and loaded with lobster; the pastai was al dente perfect. We shared a piece of marvelous coconut cheesecake for dessert as we finished our wine.

We ate here w several other couples, and ordered some wine, appetizer salads and entrees. The salads were very good...but the entree course is where things began to fall apart a bit. Several of the entrees were lukewarm or close to it, indicating they had been sitting for a while as the waitress waited for the other entrees. A place that charges this much should be able to orchestrate the cooking, plating and serving better than that. Really unfortunate. And representative of the experience was when we went to a different restaurant the next evening where we saw the exact same bottle of wine for 33% less than at Sea Salt. If you are going to be thr high cost provider in town, you better deliver. In this case, Sea Salt was a bit underwhelming.

I have travel all over the world, eat in the most exclusive restaurants and the friends that joined me are Europeans also
Well traveled. Food choice limited, order the swordfish sandwich, it was not fresh it was frozen, dry and salty. My other friends were not happy with their food either. Big show! staff very attentive but cold as The ice surrounding the counters,
Didn’t see anybody smiling at all.
Found it very unfriendly. Would not recommend for people well travel and gourmet eaters, it is a show of!

Guest and I went to Sea Salt for the first time and enjoyed the food, atmosphere and experience. Waygu beef short ribs and Faro Salmon were quite lovely, with wonderful service from our server Brian. Entrees, however, are very pricey ($30+), served a la carte meaning sides and salads are extra.
