My husband, Tom, and I dined twice at Palm Court at the Tradewinds Resort in St. Pete Beach. The first was at our check in where we enjoyed a huge buffet with great variety. At first, we were cautious about the price, but soon realized that the quantity and quality of the food made it all worthwhile. Little did we realize that the mimosas we ordered after our long flight were BOTTOMLESS. The servers never let them go down an inch without refilling them, and at the end of our meal gave us to go cups filled to the brim. The second time was dinner on our last night at the resort, where Francis doted on us and served the best beef shortribs and veal saltimbocca I've ever tasted. The manager, Audra, also stopped by and chatted after our meal. We could not have asked for better food, friendlier service, or a more amazing and personalized experience.
