Coconut Inn is my favorite place to stay when visiting St.Pete beach. It is absolutely amazing. It is clean and quite. Extremely relaxing. There are chairs to take to the beach, barbecue grill area which is a relaxing area to enjoy. If you feel like riding a bike on the beach they have that also. The staff is accommodating. Eddie is wonderful and helpful. Never disappoints. Thank you for all you do. See you soon.

cozy cottage feel steps from the beach, steps from great eating establishments and even live music in saturday night. located in a quiet residential part of the island vs the busy tourist trap. short drive to major grocery store etc. stayed in #6 a studio that can accommodate 4, queen bed and two pullout futton chairs, small closet, dinnete table and chairs fully stocked kitchen for cooking. you can see the ocean from kitchen window and must walk over to beach with has benches to watch the breathtaking sunsets. heated pool on premises with garden swing and full size outdoor seating area and bbq grill. lovely place, very quiet and serene. there is no elevator for 2nd floor unit and bathroom is small. and don't order from the pizza place with the pirate skeleton shown in room advertising for local places, terrible food. this place is a hidden gem.

We found Coconut Inn on the internet after visiting Tampa/St. Pete a few months earlier, and knew we wanted to come back to Pass-A-Grille. The pictures showed an attractive property and the prices were very reasonable for that area. What a find!! We arrived to a warm and welcoming greeting from Maggie and Emigdio. Maggie took us to our room on the second floor. We had a studio room and on first impression it was immaculately clean and spotless, with a lot of light and pretty décor. This is a boutique hotel with much throwback to the feel of "old Florida" but beautifully updated. Our second floor studio had a queen size bed, a chair that made a twin bed and a small, but functional well-stocked kitchenette with table & two chairs. There is also a three drawer chest which held all our clothes. The closet is small, but held what we needed to be hung. As with many boutique hotels, the bathrooms are very small, but we do not plan a trip to the beach to spend all our time in the bathroom. Enough said on that. We had a nice pool view from our studio. The location is just perfect - only a few steps from the beach and a very easy walk to the beach grill, restaurants, shops, etc. Car was not needed for those activities. They have plenty of amenities as well: free & unlimited use of bikes for checking out the beach and the rest of the Pass-A-Grille peninsula, an attractive heated pool, and a very spacious courtyard with gazebos, outdoor BBQ grills, & plenty of seating. Also, free parking!! Emigdio was wonderful and most attentive, kept our room as well as the entire property immaculate. The outside is beautifully decorated with string lights and is an eye-catcher. I have rarely been so pleased with the level of friendly service and care that we received on our stay. We are already planning our next trip for the spring!

We had a lower floor one bedroom which was spotless. Next time we will look for an upper floor so as to not hear noise at night in the bedroom above us. Part of the charm of this boutique hotel is its original character which has been beautifully updated. The owner could not be nicer and even offered to move us to another room which we declined. The outdoor grill area, fountain and lighting are very well done too. Best for couples/adults who like to walk over to the sunset just steps away...hidden gem!

Room Tip: Bathrooms are very small but studios and bedrooms have nice layout.

This great little motel is perfect for a beach stay at Pass-A-Grille.
It’s one of a group of 3 hotels here & we stay here every time we visit.
The rooms are well kept, nicely furnished/decorated & have everything you need.
The staff here are just great, nothing is too much trouble, they’re always happy & smiling too.
It’s literally seconds from the wonderful beach & even has its own pool.
There are also bikes to borrow & use during your stay.
There is also a car park & BBQ/seating area for you’re convenience.
So I f you’re looking for somewhere to stay close to a wonderful Gulf Coast Beach, look no further!
You will not be disappointed!!
