“Pictures don't do justice to this EXTREMELY CUTE & CONVENIENT BEACH CONDO!”

We were in town (St. Pete Beach) for my daughter's wedding at Pass-a-Grille. I originally picked the "This is Livin'" Condo for its LOCATION, just 7-8 minutes from Pass-a-Grill Beach and the name of the condo, which was one of my dad's favorite sayings! We were not disappointed, ABSOLUTELY beautiful and convenient Condo! All 4 of my daughters (plus my wife and mother) LOVED it! There's plenty of room for 6 and plenty of towels, etc. The location is perfect for dining (Woody's, Crab Daddy's, The Frog Pond (Sunday Brunch) and Twistee Treat, we recommend them all); Shopping: Corey Ave & Sunday Market; Gorgeous St Pete Beach Sunsets (Sunset Park 2 blocks away) and egress (right across the causeway from Pasadena & a block from Gulf Blvd.) The Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. We had coffee every morning using the coffee maker and used the microwave for re-heating the "left-overs" from the local restaurants. I crossed the street to the Key West Shrimp Company (locally caught & sustainable) and bought some fresh (not frozen) shrimp for some "scampi." Our stay was truly OUTSTANDING. We will definitely return, maybe for a MONTH next time! BTW - It is a second floor unit, so there are some steps to climb, but you can get a "peek-a-boo" view of the Gulf through the kitchen and living room windows!
