This is the perfect place, in the perfect location, with a perfect staff. Relax and enjoy ALL the amenities and discounts for nearby attractions. One block from the trolley (must use this), ample parking (which for St Augustine is almost Impossible) and a bit of history itself. Built in 1791 its quaint, charming and comfortable. Ask the innkeeper anything, and they will go out of their way to help you. This is the place to go in St. Augustine.

First time in a B&B for me. I am the traveler who asks "how old is your hotel?" right off the bat! I like new, fresh properties. But if you're in St Augustine, try this B&B. Staff was beyond nice. We had the Ballerina room. The bathroom had a large tub w shower and a vanity large enough for my small suitcase. The countertop held as many toiletries as you could pack! We slept well in the bed; it had a thick plush mattress. There was not much seating in the room, just two chairs on either side of the tv and the bed. But hey, it's a bedroom. Plenty of room in the common area to sit. We kept to ourselves, but noticed some guests chatting and socializing. Social hour was a treat after we had spent a long time walking around town. For breakfast, we had a small selection of hot and cold food. It all tasted very good! I'd visit again!

A very special historical Inn located within walking distance to St. George Restaurants, Shops and Bars, the staff made us feel extremely welcome. An added bonus for the St. Francis was parking directly across the street, a value the majority of downtown accomodations do not have. The only down side was the water pressure from the Shower being barely at a drizzle which will hopefully be fixed for later guests.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the St. Francis Inn from March 6-9 after hearing from friends on how good the place is. From the moment that we arrived to the day that we left, the staff and accomidations were nothing but the best. Morning breakfest, afteroon beer and wine, and evening deserts were very appetizing. To top it off, meeting and dining with guests from other parts of the country made it pleasing each and everytime. The only thing I can say I was upset about was I didn't see Lilly. I would highly reccommend the St. Francis Inn for anyone to stay.

Room Tip: Stay in the 3rd floor suites....

Everything you could ask for is here! We stayed the first weekend in March and reserved the "Garcia" room. My husband is 6'5 and this room has a king size bed. This was the biggest king size bed I've ever seen! It was very comfy and the pillows were too. The room was lovely with a seperate living area. The bathroom was very roomy with 2 sinks. I LOVED the bath soaps, the smelled so good I wanted to buy a case of them! The staff was extremely helpful and courtious. We didn't make it back in the evenings in time for dessert but they always had some left over when we came in that we could take to our room. The breakfasts were great and the happy hour was very casual and gave you a chance to chat with other guests. The extra perk of tickets to the lighthouse was so nice! We didn't have time to ride bikes but would have done this too. We highly recommend the St. Francis Inn and would stay here again without hesitation.
