They wanted too much to enter in and when we asked what is actually in the rooms, they responded that it was table cloths, silverware, and bedding from the time period. Maybe they just knew that it wasn't for the younger couples.

Very nice museum at a fair price. Quite an eclectic collection. Not for children. Great food at the cafe, your museum ticket is good for 10% off the meal.

This place used to be a hotel for the rich and famous with a huge indoor pool which is now used for a cafe with great food!

This is such a historic collection of collections. Otto Lightner bought the building to house his historic collections. Don't forget to include in your visit lunch at the Café Alcazar directly behind the museum in the former hotel indoor swimming pool. It is so amazing to actually have lunch in the deep end of the pool!

The building is massive and beautiful. It is just as much fun looking at the building as it is the displayed items. Lots of very unique finds. Gift shop has nice items. Ate a cafe inside the garden area and it was very good also.
