This hotel is without a doubt the best hotel in Norway!
The hotel looks like you are in the Hamptons, the bed, the pillow, the view, and how the room look so clean is worth more then 5 stars.
The breakfast is the best, so fresh, so many Choices, everything is made with care and love and lots of passion.
This hotel deserves 10 stars.
And one more thing, the staff = amazing

Stayed: July 2017

Well situated with great views of the Bay of Oslo this hotel resembles a New England style from the 1930'ies.
A little to artificial in the attempt to look old, but with a nice feeling of quality.
The breakfast is really good and the staff have a very fine sense of what to do with problems: when we tried to sleep there was a loud music event going on cross the street, which would continue to over midnight. So they upgraded us to the suite, that faced towards the sea.
So we had a good nights sleep and a very good impression of this hotel.

Fantastic hotel/resort in maritime surroundings, the best seaside location. You have the sea and a small harbour/beach up front. If you like swimming, in/out door pool and pier at your conveniance. Heavenly breakfast and lunch, dinner outstanding. The hotel itself is a fairytale, with so many details it take ages to get thru. Colours, design and interior will get you in the right mood holiday or business! Service is the best with the personal touch and taking care of people profile! Don't forget to visit in house spa..

Room Tip: Choose seaside!

Located on a quiet cove this is a charming resort hotel with a nautical theme. Hotel was about a 2 hour drive from the Oslo airport. I arrived with a group and they had all of our room keys ready to hand out. Rooms were small (typical for Norway) and very much reminded me of a cruise ship in a good way with the nautical carrying through.

Room was very clean and new. Bed was comfortable and there were a couple of English stations available on the TV. Bathroom was efficiently arranged and toiletries included: shampoo, condition, lotion and shower gel.

Staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. The fuse blew on my converter in the morning and I went to the front desk to borrow one and they did not have any available so I went with my hair in a pony tail that day. That was my only disappointment.

Another excellent stay in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff, clean...just greate.
The roms are a bit warm, and the beds a bit hard. But I like it to be cold and soft.
Other than that. Best hotel in The whole world.

Room Tip: Any room is a Good room.
