The receptionist was welcoming - the room was clean and felt recently renovated. The room was not to warm and was quite. All in all a good stay. Room price was great as well. The hotel is large and some rooms face the Resturant next door which is terrible so be sure to choose a room away from that location

Lovely stay for our 1st anniversary, it is only down the road from us but felt as if we were miles away, beds are sooo comfy. With costa, finnegans, burger king, kfc, taybarns, asda and joe's next door you really cant go wrong, didn't want to leave.

As with all Premier Inns you know what you're going to get in the room but it is the staff that make the difference. From the lad on reception to the staff in the restaurant next door everyone was polite, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is convenient for the M4 and the Swansea area in general although the actual location of the hotel isn't terribly inspiring. As well as the Taybarns restaurant next door, there are several other eating options within a couple of minutes walk.

We were visiting The area for a motor club event and needed a hotel for a night to ease the journey

Premier Inn as usual delivered. Our room was adjacent to the stairs on th scone floor which made it a bit noisy (quietend down after 11) but would avoid this room next time

The adjacent Taybarn was very disappointing. It was more like a canteen and the food quality was only mediocre. Would not recommend this restaurant

Local friends have since told me there are better places to eat within a short walk from this hotel

Fantastic service from all the staff at this hotel when we needed to be away from home to visit a family member in hospital. They were magnificent and made our stay more bearable. Returned to our room one day to find a card and flowers from the staff wishing us well.
