This is a much less expensive marriott than the west palm and is a similar hotel, although about ten mins drive further north. Nice rooms, comfy beds, quite, nice pool area and fitness center - very old elevators, but super nice staff. Near lots of bars and restaurants and the mall

Dear JustG;

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent visit. Tripadvisor is such a great tool for feedback and assisting future guests with travel decisions.

You are correct in advising others about the second floor due to the possible noise issues. However, we have closed the nightclub and will look to use the space as a more up to date venue. And we promise to improve the insulation to protect our guests from any inconvenience.

Again, thank you for your kind words.

Best Regards,
Deborah Carr

Went for a short stay (one day) on March 25-26th, we were in the room on the second floor facing the night club. had a nice and typical Marriot experience.

1. The fromt desk is helpful.
2. The room is very clean.
3. The location is execellent for all the activities.

Ony one small issue: The room second floor facing the night club will be a little bit noisy around 1:00am because the night club closed around that time and their guests may make some noise when leaving. So if you are a light sleep, you may ask for some other rooms instead.

Went for business and pleasure, part of four. We had "concierge rooms which included pretty good breakfast and pretty good snack type dinner items (egg rolls etc.). If in that area again, I would stay there. Also, we hung out in the lobby bar two nights and had a pretty good time, crowd was friendly. Concierge rooms also included internet, otherwise there was a charge. Pool area was nice.

Room Tip: I would probably ask for concierge room since it includes decent breakfast, light dinner and internet.

It worked - better business destination (right off I 95 close to shopping malls if you forgot to pack shoes or a shirt) not really a vacation destination (surrounded by concrete) but there are not a lot of choices hotel-wise if for some reason you want to parachute into Juno. Front desk quoted a higher rate then web on a last minute booking. Stayed on fifth floor - stunning view of the interstate and roof tops of surrounding office buildings. Clean room comfortable functional properly priced might have been better fit if I had a briefcase full of product samples and a presentation to make the following morning but I wasn't working I was on vacation - asking myself "why am I at this kind of hotel?"nevertheless staff courteous room clean coffee hot I'd go back - on business.

Room Tip: High floors provide a better view of I-95 miscellaneous parking lots and various rooftops

Dear Guest,

Thank you so much for taking time to write us a review about our property. We are in a great location for business, and pleasure. Being on PGA Blvd makes getting to any of the shopping, and dining areas extremely convenient. Also just 5 miles east of our property is Juno Beach which is a great relaxing beach to visit while in the Palm Beaches. We thank you again for taking the time to review our property, and we look forward to your next visit.

Kind Regards,
James Kenealy

My wife and I are big St Louis Cardinal fans and we try to attend Spring Training every year in nearby Jupiter, Florida. This property is centrally located in an affluent suburb or West Palm Beach. It seems safe enough and there is a wealth of shopping and restaurants extremely close. Sadly, there used to be a theater right across the parking lot...it was closed due to tax delinquency this time around.

The property itself is top notch. We had some big issues with our room when we checked it. The toilet was plugged up. There was a panty shield on the floor and old Kleenex was under the sink laying on the floor. We checked in at about midnight and ours was the last room available. The desk manager made the situation much better by dropping what he was doing and coming to the room to unplug the toilet and pick up the other things. He comped us breakfast the rest of the week for the inconvenience.

The property itself was quiet, it was well-placed with lots of amenities. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. I loved them. I think they're among the best I've slept on. If I could buy one of those...guess what?

The fitness center was clean, the equipment worked and there was even a fruit basket and a basket full of headsets. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, although it was too expensive given the buffet offerings. We weren't charged, but I wouldn't have eaten there if I had been.
The elevators were even quick when the hotel was full for the PGA golf event that was in full swing when we arrived.

Everything that you would want at a hotel was here at Marriott Palm Beach Gardens. The arrival could have gone better ... but was professionally handled. We loved the whole 6 days we stayed here!

Room Tip: All of the upper rooms appeared to be extremely quiet. I think you'd be safe anywhere above the first and second floors.
