Our holiday was ruined when a teddy (which was my daughter's from when she was born - 18 years old therefore extremely sentimental and irreplaceable) was taken from our room when the laundry was changed. We felt that this was not taken seriously and at times we felt that we were not believed. All we got was the laundry was checked and it could not be found. We had an apology for not finding it, not for it being taken in the first place. I feel extremely disappointed with the response of the hotel. IF YOU GO TO THIS HOTEL MAKE SURE YOU LOCK ALL IMPORTANT ITEMS AWAY!

This place is beautiful clean smells great and has wonderful relaxing pool and hot tubs really enjoyed them convenient to Disney spring and Disney world 10 to 15 min ride depending on traffic they also offer shuttle to parks but I did not take advantage of it! There are restaurants in hotel also have heard good things about but we had reservations elsewhere during our trip on most occasions! The Starbucks in hotel is great for a coffee! Great stay will come back.

Rooms are updated, clean and very comfortable. Hotel overall is beautiful, clean, helpful/pleasant staff, several dining and bar options. Beautiful pool/slide. Convention space is very clean and pretty. Food was consistently good. Overall great experience.
