We arrived on a late flight and the shuttle promptly picked us up. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accomodating. The room was fine for a night. Starbuck's in the lobby. Skipped breakfast which was an overpriced buffet.

well kept up. rooms very nice. desk staff was very helpful particularly Sandra.

Room Tip: spa was out of order at the time. but I usually don't use a spa.

Have to say, this hotel really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. My business partner Mike and I were on a business trip, heading back up to our hotel room and the chef (Chef Dave) started making conversation with us in the elevator. He was a pretty pleasant person, telling us what's great in the area and some of the things he loves about his job.

Later, we were on the way out of the hotel, on the way back to the airport, but decided to grab a quick bite at the hotel bar so we could save time. We ran into the chef again and we got into more conversation about the hotel menu, current events, and overall it was a very positive experience.

We also were introduced to Kelly, who worked in the hotel restaurant. She was just as pleasant as Chef Dave and explained to us the "10" pin-buttons they wore on their shirts. What Kelly said was they strive for "10-star" quality service, and anything we needed, had questions about, or wanted done in a custom way (from the menu, to our hotel room, to the food we ordered) they would be more than happy to accommodate. Kelly did a terrific job of constantly checking in with us, making sure we had everything we needed, and made very intelligent conversation about current events as well.

Room Tip: The suites are pretty "sweet." They're unlike other hotels and overall very well-designed and maintained.

dissapointed very much considering the one in tampa was much nicer. room was clean and spacious but outdated and chipped paint on stuff, needs a overhaul.pass the breakfast buffet, they were very understaffed on sunday. i sat down, had lipstick print on my juice cup, there was not a big selection. the oatmeal looked 3 days old and when i asked if i could order off the regular menu for oatmeal, i was told its at the buffet. i said i would like to order fresh oatmeal, if thats all im going to eat im not paying for buffet.menu stated it came with raisins and peach compote. 20 min later i had to ask where it was, it came with apples and cinnamon which i did not want, when i mentioned it i was told, oh ok. really no customer service.understaffed as well. bed was not as comfy as the one in tampa. no robe or loofa either.

I have read your comments regarding our restaurant operation with great concern, but would also like to thank you for your honest feedback. Your observation regarding our staffing level on that particular Sunday morning is absolutely correct. One of our servers did not report for his shift that day and we have since discontinued his employment. I can assure you that our buffet oatmeal is prepared fresh every morning as well as our à la carte oatmeal, which is listed as cinnamon pecan on the menu. Please allow me to extend my sincere apologies for the lack of service we provided. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss any additional choices you would have liked to see on our breakfast buffet with you directly.

Needed to stay close to the airport. Chose Sheraton from past good experiences. This was so luxurious.
