An upscale condo with everything you need to stay in Orlando. I'm really picky and would stay here again in a second. It was so nice to come back to a super clean condo after a long day at the theme parks.

Tip: We booked this room (gottohalfit.com) and thought we were getting 3 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn (3 night $99). However this was much better than a hotel room and worked out great. We even added a night for $99.

Downside:
Just remember that you have to go through a 3 hour sales pitch to buy one week time share here for ten years and they try to suck you out of $250,000.00. YES, a quarter of a million dollars they want to stay here for ten weeks over ten years. NO JOKE. Nevertheless, we had a great stay for $99 price and feel really bad for the people that get brainwashed and buy a timeshare.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fountains in Orlando. We stayed a week and the suite was clean and in good repair. We would stay again.

The upside, the rooms were quiet.
The downside, the pool area was crazy loud with families. The pools close early, early and when on vacation you may want to swim later.

It would be nice if they had hours for adults only for the pool and hot tub.

Room Tip: I would choose an upper floor - there are pathways around the building which leave little privacy fo...

We stayed here for three nights. We purchased a vacation from Bass Pro and had to participate in the time share presentation.

The unit we had was clean and well maintained, but it needed updating in the kitchen and baths, and the TVs were not flatscreen which was suprising. It is great to have the space and a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer. They are currently renovating the units so there are so me which are updated.

The pool area is beautiful and there is a clubhouse with many activities.

The timeshare presentation takes much longer than they promise it will. You can tell them that you are just not interested and get out, but it still takes over two hours out of your vacation.

Booked a 1 week stay here in mid April via Travelocity. Just got home yesterday and am so sad to have left. The grounds are beautiful. In one area you have Wakoola Springs which has a huge pool, two water slides, two hot tubs, ping pong, volleyball, corn hole, and a bar/grille. At the grille meals are large portion and range $9-12. Alcoholic drinks $7.50. Loved the pina colada. At times they have a live DJ and other forms of entertainment. We watched kids do a hoola hoop contest, bball contest, and poolside bingo. Attached to the club house in a second pool which is half indoors/half outdoors, two hot tubs, sauna, pool table, and a huge deck overlooking lake Eve. They also have numerous bonfire pits. We attended a weenie roast. Our room was nothing special, as was expected since we're not part of the time share but we enjoyed it none-the-less. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed (plates, cups, bowels, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, can opener) and there's a washer/dryer. My parents slept in the suite and enjoyed the jacuzzi. The 2nd bedroom had two Queen beds that were super comfortable. I loved waking up every morning and having free coffee on the Lanai. You get a card when you check in for 15% off resort restaurants and 2 free coffees and newspaper per day. Note, they did charge us a daily resort fee of $12.95 (per room), which I was surprised to find out was not a per person fee. My biggest pet peeve was that our room was on the 1st floor in the middle near the elevator and every morning by 8 AM sharp we heard EVERYONE and their screaming kid on their way to Disney and/or the maids on their walkie talkies. Oh, and we were never hassled at all to purchase a time share.

Room Tip: Far away from the elevator. Building 2 is great because it's right in between both pools.

we stayed for two weeks at the start of April 2012. the resort has grown a lot since we originally bought there, and the developments have enhanced the site. this year we used both pool areas, but preferred the smaller area as it felt more relaxed and was substantially closer to our room. the overall quality of the whole resort is high. cleanliness of the public spaces is great, and all the furnishings in the room and round the pool have been updated.
the location as the south end of international drive is excellent - equally placed between disney and universal with sea world only minutes away. close to shops and supermarket and easily accessible from the airport via the toll road.
