On Saturday Feb 27 me and a friend visited your location. It was our first time there and the place is amazing. Sarah our server in the patio area is very knowledgable of the menu and so friendly and attentive from the wine to the burgers to the desserts it is amazing. Thank you Sarah hope to have you again on my next visit.

Worst experience ever. Called four times just to make a reservation and they hung up on me every time. Finally made a reservation and when we arrived, they didn't have a chance to reserve a table for me - so I was considered a walk in and they continued to seat parties before me without reservations. They finally had to bring in a table for us in the corner of the place. Our server then seemed to have an attitude all night and was very rude. The burgers took 40 minutes to come out - and mine was cooked medium rare when I had asked for medium. The server never came back - so I could not ask for it to be cooked further. I left a whole burger on my plate, and she didn't even ask about it. When we finally received the check, it took 20 minutes for the server to even pick it up. Then another 15 to process. Then - when a friend of mine went into the men's restroom, there were people doing drugs in the stall!! This experience was completely terrible from start to finish. I attempted to find a contact email to send to the manager, and there is nothing. I spent $50 on bad food, bad service - but the manager was never around to speak with and our server was never around either. Will NOT be going back here.

I just had to make sure I gave this place it's due credit! We are Midwestern beef loving burger officianados and let me say, we LOVED these! Only complaint? None!!! They offer a wide range of burgers so each of us at the table had a different one. We loved our own and also the sample bites we tried of each other's. I will say, I think my favorite may have been the burger on the glazed donut. Something about the salty sweetness is just perfect! The sides are great, as was the service. It's a neighborhood spot where you can chill and watch the game or have a casual date night. Forget the fun parks, this is why you need to go to Orlando!

Great place to visit and eat a good hamburger. Good beers and a very nice place. Food was amaizing and the prices are very good.

A great burger-beer pub. When looking for a good burger (hand-made patty, topping choices, different kinds of buns, etc.) I also like having a quality barley beverage. I am not from the area so when it comes to a pub that serves local draft brews I greatly appreciate sound knowledge on the carried beers. Our waitress had great knowledge in the beer carried and excellent suggestions based on our taste preferences. OK. Beer...Check. We began with an order of the huge onion rings. They were done and presented perfectly...battered to perfection (beer batter of course) and included a dipping sauce from heaven. I cannot remember what the sauce was, but it was very tasty.
The Burger was perfect! I ordered the Drunken Monk. Look it up and then order it! It is huge so be prepared. I also opted for the garlic fries per the recommendation of the waitress. The flavor was phenomenal, but they got soggy real quick (not everything can be perfect). When I am down in Orlando again...I will be back.
