After 27 hours travelling with a stopover in NY we arrived at the Blue Tree Resort. We were very wellcomed by the staff that checked us in very easy. Then we were driven in golf cart car and we were taken to our 2 bedroom apartment overlooking a nice and small swimming pool.
The apartment (eventough not with a very updated decoration and furniture) was very pleasant and confortable. It was very spacious and our 2 kids had their own individual bed.
We were very surprised to see that the kitchen had all the minimum amenities to prepare a meal.
As it seems that most of the visitors came on a timeshare system there was no room service (no cleaning and towels changing), but in the middle of the week we asked for new towels and we got them without any problem. The resort had a laundry below our building which was very helpful considering that we were also travelling with a 4 month old baby.
The only issue that we disliked was the fact that we stayed at the building nr.15 which is the one more far from the reception and exit of the resort. During the first 4 days we had no car so we had to walk at least 10 minutes to exit the resort or reach the reception.
