We had a three day stay in this well run and nicely designed hotel. The hotel has a lovely pool area with a hot tub and is very close to Sea world for which the hotel provides a free shuttle and quick passes to get thru the lines. And by the way Sea World is a more peaceful alternative to DW with more shade and as many rides and activities. A real bonus for the hotel is a complete breakfast included in the room rate. We also appreciated when one morning because ofa laundry truck breakdown that caused us to have our sleep disrupted, manager generously moved us to quieter room and comped us for the night we lost. So convenient, well run an professional. A nice place to stay in Orlando.

I booked a week vacation using points; upon our very late arrival, Mike at the front desk was fantastic in letting us know about our upgrade for the week. This is when being a loyal Marriott member pays off!

The newly renovated two bedroom, two bathroom suite was perfect for our family. Beds were very comfortable and having the full kitchen allowed us to cook a few meals instead of going out. We did have to call down to get a few extra amenities that should have been in the room, but they were promptly delivered upon asking.

The pool and outside grill restaurant was a main driver in booking this hotel. Most properties in the area require a resort fee and this was the best/closest property to all of the attractions that had no resort fee and no parking fee. A definite plus! The pool was great - fairly crowded. The staff didn't keep up with refilling the towels though. The pizza from the restaurant was good and a quick lunch without leaving the pool.

Breakfast could be very, very crowded at times, which can also be attributed to spring break. But it had a good offering and the staff working there were very friendly.

The cleaning of the rooms was subpar; while beds and towels were tidied up, the bathrooms were not really cleaned and there was a lot of dust on tables, tvs, etc. Having the garbage truck right under our window at 3:30am was a rude wake up call as well.

All in all, a good property and stay - definitely some things can be improved, but not bad if you weigh the options.

Not suggested for couples without kids unless you enjoy noise and other peoples kids. This property moves ALOT of people in/out due to proximity to Seaworld. I'm sure families are thrilled with it and they should be. If you are a couple looking for relaxation, please go to another property. If you get a pool view room, you will encounter noise until 11pm when the pool closes.
We skipped the breakfast as its very crowded and noisy in the main seating area. I've been a Marriot rewards member for 25 years and this property has some wear and tear issues. Management needs to try to keep up better. Towels were way overdue for a changeout.
This is very close to Seaworld and has a great pool area for the kids, I was just not to our liking.

Room Tip: avoid pool view room unless you like noise

We enyojed staying here, rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. Also the staff was very friendly. But.... we stayed in this hotel from Thursday till Tuesday.... during our stay we noticed that on the weekend quality of breakfast went down( there was less choices than on weekdays) When we asked on Saturday for lemons or cheese (which were served on Friday) we heard that hotel is not serving them during weekend. They came back on Monday as a "normal" part of the meal..... Another thing which we didn't like was that housekeeper who "cleaned" our room didn't leave us any tea bags in a room after we used previous ones, she left only one bath towel and our carpet was not vacuumed. I hope the hotel management will put more attention to this issues in a future.

Visited using a rewards certificate in March 2018. A one night stay before moving over a villa for the week. We received a proactive upgrade to a family suite on one of the renovated floors in recognition of my Gold Status.

Room was nicely refreshed, very quiet and looked over the pool area.

Breakfast operated like a well-oiled machine at this hotel - ready for some high volume family eating. Everything was well stocked, and the dining room was kept neat and tidy. There was a balloon artist at breakfast who was terrific.

Calls for extra supplies were answered quickly and delivered promptly.
