“Great hotel close to Seaworld”
Reviewed 22 August 2012 via mobile

We stayed for 4 nights while visiting Discovery Cove and Seaworld. Everything about the hotel was great. Rooms were very clean, pool was awesome and the free breakfast was an added value. The only downside for us was the shuttle service. The times it ran never seemed to sync up with our schedule, but no worries for us we just jumped on the I Ride Trolley. We will definitely stay at here again when we return to Discovery Cove!

we stayed at the spring hill suites from the 12th - 26th july and had an amazing stay from check'in the front desk staff were extremely friendly and sorted us out with no fuss or stress the room was fantastic the beds were very comfy. The free wifi was great for keeping up with what happened at home although i had to connect via cable when i wanted to catch up with streaming tv for the F1 highlights.
The tv was of a good size and had plenty of available channels and the shower was fantastic with the body jets so good.
Breakfast was good and just what we needed to get us out in a morning with the minimum of fuss and straight to the parks although i would recommend eating early as after 8-30 the place was very chaotic.
The splash Bar was great to have a drink and unwind at the end of the day and was always busy though the bar staff were always helpful and friendly.
The pool was always clean and we used it more than we expected the pool towels were always plentiful and kept re stocked
all in a fantastic base for an Orlando holiday and wll be staying at either the Springhill or Fairfield during my next Orlando trip

Hotel Lobby super clean. The rooms can do a little better. EXCELLENT customer service. Everyone is very sweet. They had a starbucks inside of the hotel which came in handy and a pizza hut by the pool. The pool was excellent. It had one section for kids and one for adults. The adults can relax, sit back, and have a drink while the children play. The breakfast options are excellent. It does get crazy busy after 9am (the last half hour of breakfast). Would definitely come back.

This was a gorgeous springhill suites. Huge room. Separate bath/ shower room from toilet room for convenience. Comfortable beds. Great staff. Huge pool with shamu slide. Breakfast with eggs; gravy, oatmeal, waffles, and more to choose from. The breakfast was a bit if a madhouse not staffs fault. Some people think food means stampede. We were there for sports competition at ESPN wide world of sports and it was just a 10 minute drive. I'd stay there again and just eat breakfast out

My review is based on a late check in and an early check out. We were only in the hotel for about 6 hours. As little as I was able to experience I have to say I was impressed. Very, very clean--which is always the most important to me. The rooms are decorated in a bit of a retro style which I liked very much.
Shower pressure was great and they had upgraded fixtures for the sinks and shower. There is a separate toilet and sink from the shower/tub area. They are in two completely different rooms with sliding doors.
I had a double queen suite and the beds were very comfortable. They offered a lot of pillows--five per bed plus extra in the closet. Nice storage with a bit of a walk in closet. Nice size flat screen TV.
Had a pool, but I didn't get to see it. Employees were very nice and helpful. Complimentary wifi, although I didn't have the time to power up while I was there. Plentiful parking. Nice lobby. Paul Mitchell hair products.
Three biggest negatives would be the towels were very thin, but not from being worn. I would say it was just the quality of towel. Our wake up call was about a half hour late.Complimentary breakfast was just okay. Usual offerings with less than quality taste. If that's the worst that can happen to you at a hotel you've got it made.
Love this place-highly recommend it--would stay again!
