Beautiful setting, but the restaurant not up to par. The poor guy waiting our table was very friendly, and was trying to keep up, but the kitchen or bar seemed slow and disorganized. Our food and drinks came late, and my snapper was so overcooked, it had the consistency of a tough steak. After a long wait, I had to find our server to get our check, as he was running around, and seemed stretched thin. For the premiere restaurant at the hotel, I expected better.
