Very disappointed with Disney animal kingdom , it is overcrowded and hot .
Overpriced food $16 for a hot dog and juice drink .
We queued for over an hour for the main rides .
You cannot move for disability scooters and strollers . The avatar ride is very good but a 80 to 90 minute wait ?
It's not worth the money and if you work it out it's around $290 for around an hours worth of fun .
Definitely will not be back 😞
Good park quite busy some good rides animal safari was good, park food was not good though and very over priced for what it is would suggest packing your own food
We loved animal kingdom the first time we visited Disney when the kids were much younger. Still loved it this time but not as much as Epcot and Hollywood. The queues for all the rides here seemed to the longest and hottest and lead to grumpy everyone! If it had been one long queue I think it would have been ok but to go into 4 long queues I think was a bit much for us all. The only one that wasn’t as bad was for expedition Everest which everyone enjoyed.
The avatar flight of passage was excellent and worth the wait but I wouldn’t bother again with the na’vi ricer journey- again loved this with young kids it was just a bit dull this time round. The safari was great and the Kali Rover Rapids and we didn’t get too wet…
I had forgotten this is a very hot park! Got there right at 9 AM and managed to go and meet up with my friends at Kilamjaro Safari. After 12 noon, it started getting really busy.
It is one of the best places to unwind!
It is better to start the day early to avoid parking chaos and long queues at the ticket counters.
Once you decide to visit this place, better make list of places to be seen as it is practically not possible to see all the places in one single day.
Kilimanjaro Safari, Avatar Flight of Passage ride, Festival of the Lion King etc had long waiting but worth the wait.
