“Nice place to stay for a long trip!”
Reviewed 8 January 2012

Every year my college Swim and Dive team travels to Naples for training trip for about 8-10 days. Ever since my Freshman year (I am now a Junior) we've been staying at The Park Shore Resort. When we stay there each room holds 6 people. There is a pull out couch (which holds two people), a side room with two twin beds, and another room with a queen sized bed. The room also comes with a full kitchen, which is great because that allows you to not have to eat out every night and stay in and cook. The hotel also has a pretty nice pool and small hot tub. My favorite thing about Park Shore has to be the large deck they have in the middle of the resort. During they day it's used a large tanning deck where you can meet many other people at the resort and just lay out all day. While at night it's more of an entertainment space with full functioning outdoor grills and a gazebo. The staff has always been incredibly nice, even to us college kids, and were willing to help out in any way they could. There are tons of dining options within walking distance of the resort, plus it's not far from some the beaches. If you're looking for a good deal and a wonderful place to stay in Naples. I say check out the Park Shore Resort!

Room Tip: Try to get a room on the first floor, they have screened walk in porches.

stayed here for a family wedding..rooms large..was like a small apt..full kitchen..pool area nice..grocery store near by. Overall feel was of an apartment complex. not enough towels for a place that sleeps six so be sure to ask for more. Not fancy but would be great if you had kids with you, much more space than a standard hotel room

this resort is not brand new.
We had a one bedroom suite with full kitchen for the same price as an ordinary hotelroom.
We had our meals on the big terrace overlooking a tropical garden with a pond (+ ducks), waterfalls and a swimming pool.
Walking distance to Publix supermarket and Walgreen's
We got coffee at the reception and there were computers there connected to internet which we could use freely.
Our suite was on the ground floor. Water flowing down from the apartment above us came gushing down very loudly. One big negative since that person rose early.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the top floor.

Arrived afternoon Nov22 and stayed for 3 nights. Wendy really helped us as the original suite had just been painted. 150 2 BR suites but only 58 on the rental program. Central interior of the property is a landscaped tropical paradise. There is a pavilion on the island where you can use one of five gas grills to grill out steaks. Room are reasonable and clean.
All rooms have a screened porch overlooking the lagoon.

We arrived late at the property and nobody was at the front desk (just a sign telling to call a number and the payphone was not functional, something problematic if your cellphone wasn't yet activated in the country).

However, after finally getting in the room, we ended up having a very nice stay. The place is clean and, althought is not quite nice the view from the parking lot, you'll like it when you see the inner park and small lake.

Staff is very friendly and we had no further problems. Anyway, I recommend you not to arrive by night, of course.

An option to check again for the next trip and a good value choice.
