We're big Nobu fans. My wife collects them. Someday we'll wind up in Moscow just to eat at the Nobu there, I'm sure.

The one at the Eden Rock Hotel in Miami Beach is special. The decor is beautiful, and it's not as loud as some of the other newer ones. I'm talking to you Nobu 57.

As always we got the Omakase chef's tasting. We were extremely impressed with the freshness of the ingredients. The mackeral, the lobster, and the Wagyu beef really stood out from the seemingly never-ending parade of food that landed on our table.

Nobu also works exclusively with the Hokusetsu Sake Brewery on Sado Island in Japan. Among their offerings is Junmai Daiginjo Koshitanrei Hikari. This is the smoothest, tastiest sake we've ever had, and one of the reasons we love to come to Nobu. Undiluted, but not unfiltered like a Nigori. So good! Expensive? Yes, but nothing at Nobu isn't.

Reward yourself for a special occasion! Also, word is that Nobu is opening it;s own hotel within the Eden Rock. That will definitely be something special!

Wow!

Nobu is spectacular! We experienced Nobu with another couple and all of us were blown away with the food and the service. It is decorated beautifully.

The wine list impresses, the menu is a bit intimidating as we didn't know all of the different sushi types, so we gave our server a few ideas of what we liked / disliked and they brought course after course of dishes that delighted us. The peppers were fantastic, the Kobe was spectacular, we had great sushi that has perhaps destroyed my love for the typical sushi restaurants I frequent.

We will definitely visit other Nobu restaurants when we travel to cities where they are located.

This will be expensive, but so worth it. You need to experience this.

Quite possibly my best meal ever, or on a very short list with a couple others.

This was our first time at a Nobu and the food was awesome! You do need to understand that it is a Japanese restaurant and the food comes out as the Chef wants it to, so be prepared to share with whomever you're eating with or eating cold food while the other food comes out..

Having eaten several times at the Nobu NYC, our expectations for great sushi was high....we weren't disappointed! Waiters were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous...including letting us know the gratuity was included on the check. Loved the yellowtail with jalapeño and truly there wasn't anything we didn't like. The space was relaxing and a feast to the eyes.
