Some of the positive features of this hotel are that it is centrally located in the Art Deco District so easy to walk to multiple destinations, including the beach. Rooms are spacious with kitchen and dining area. If you want to be in the heart of the action, then this is the place to be. However, because it was an interior room, it was quite dark. The windows faced an alley with an adjacent building so we never opened the curtains. It didn't matter that much because we were out and about all day anyway and didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep. There was a lot of street noise because it was spring break for American colleges AND it was the weekend. Thumping music from cars, busy streets and scantily clad college kids everywhere. Different scene during the day, though, when those same college kids were still asleep. It did settle down a little after the weekend but it was still a little too wild for me. In future I would probably either stay further south in SoBe or further North. There is no parking at the hotel. Actually hardly any of the hotels in SoBe have parking. It's all "Valet" and is at least $25 per day and up. Valet parking is more expensive that paying to park in one of the Municipal parking lots - $20 dollars/day. Make sure to find a space...More
