Mostly cruise ship and airline personnel stay here, on layovers. Also some near-vagrants, and folks who need a place to crash when their house is being termite-tented (like us) for the night. It looks and smells old, but it's in a safe and attractive part of town, and parking is abundant. The hotel restaurant is okay, but the on-site Greek restaurant has enough service-oriented woes that you should just take a walk in any direction and find alternative dining options. A "chateau" this is not, and "bleau" must be French for "average."
