The room was very nice and clean and the location was convenient. The downside though was that the staff don't seem to care too much and don't really bother to keep service standards in line with the Hotel brand name and image. The main entrance is closed at 7 PM and i thought that was highly odd considering it is a 5 star hotel.

Room Tip: Higher the better....

Upon our arrival, hotel staff was there to get our luggage. Checking in was truly great service. Staff gave me the royal treatment and upgraded me to the presidential floor. The room was spacious, comfortable and had great view. At the Executive club level, staff willingly wants to serve you and make your meal experience a pleasant one. This hotel is also fancy with its piano centered in its lobby. Even though i had breakfast at 7am at the Executive level, my mom & i chose to eat again at their restaurant: Isabela's. You must try their french toast, oh goodness!!!! This was a perfect stay

I usually consider the Marriott hotels to be the best and are consistently so across the country This Marriott is definitely the exception It was awful from the moment I checked in Check in had many people waiting and the line was disorganized with no clear order but the room was the worst The odor was awful and smelled as if there had been a water leak and was moldy The carpet had multiple very large stains and the chair and ottoman also had many stains When I called the front The said they would send someone who did come and spray air freshener. The answer to all the stains was sorry nothing can be done Went to the restaurant and had such bad service that we had to leave before we got any food despite informing them multiple times that we had a set ride to the airport The gym and spa lockers were broken and there wasn't anything to clean the gym equipment after use Overall would advise not to waste your money on this hotel and I am glad my stay was short

Agree with so many other reviewers....Nice, comfortable hotel in great location. However service is among the worst I experience and I'm on the road at least twice a month. Very
nice rooms, and quiet, soothing ambiance. But....front desk staff is indifferent - especially for a JW. Also - service in lobby lounge is horrific. gym equipment is old and outdated. Stay at this hotel a few times a year and it's always the same story. Inconsistent service but otherwise serves my business needs.

Overall the hotel is great; interior is very nice, rooms are good, soft pillows, soft mattress, huge TV in rooms, and centrally located to many sites, shopping, and eating! I think the bathrooms' need a facelift. But if that's all that really itched me, the place is still a good, clean, and a cozy choice.
