Trying to get into Fort Knox !! Food wonderful, bar open and luxurious , very relaxed atmosphere but trying to get in and out makes you feel you don’t belong !! You have to get a ticket at the barrier to get in and signed in the restaurant to get out !!!! For a hotel that has only just reopened surely you want to welcome everyone in !!

Rooms were beautiful and staff was helpful and cheerful. Beach was great and convenient. Pool was smaller but nice. Drinks and food (breakfast) were expensive. There are so many great restaurants nearby.

My booked room was not availableAs a diamond member I was downgraded.The offered compensation was ridiculous. And worst of all: I was lied to about the reasons.Also many flaws with a highly untrained staff in a hotel with still many construction works going on.But many flaws could be avoided.

My husband and I came for a relaxing babymoon before the arrival of our third baby next month. There is no spa and the short time we spent by the pool was unenjoyable w the loud power washing going on

Please allow me to apologize for the lack of communication you received regarding spa opening date. We have sent a letter to guests the day before regarding power washing at the pool. To be able to keep the beauty of hotel and maintain the cleanness, we need to do preventive maintenance. I do hope, you understand it.

We hope you will give us another chance to make it right. We look forward to seeing you in our newly renovated beautiful resort.

Just arrived November 1st for a nine day stay. The view is beautiful and so is the modern room furniture and wide entrance area.
What can be done before the construction is completed are:
A larger than 2’ wide clothing closet.
A make up table chair within the 8’ wide entrance .
Lower the height of the safe as you need to be 5’8” or a basketball player to reach it.
Get the refrigerator off the floor as too low and seems out of place.
Some noise but tolerable.
I give it four stars and hope that my suggestions are taken seriously.
