I would not book this place again. Our friend's room had no security lock and no clock even after asking for both. The bathroom floors were dirty. The only thing good was a comfortable bed. Breakfast was sparce.

Rooms are outdated. Musty smell, stains on walls, dirty bedspread. Top it off with Probation officers knocking on door next to me...Tried to check out day early for family funeral and they charged me for full night even though I left before lunch. Poor customer service.

From the reviews we expected better. This hotel needs an update. The doors and walls have nicks and stains, the chairs are horribly stained and should be on rollers-they are very heavy! The floors were filthy-we had to wear shoes! The tub is dangerously slippery and drains slowly. And there is only one towel hook on a wall that would easily accommodate 6-could at least have had 2! The mattresses are way too soft and make noise when you move. Having said all that, it is a good location and everyone was fairly nice. The woman who checked us in was confused-kept saying she was only part-time and new. Because I used points for part of our stay, I had 2 reservations. When I checked in for our second reservation, I asked about lake checkout-was told no problem. The next morning we get a phone call from the front desk asking when we are going to check out because they have a large party coming in! Not the best stay!

The service, breakfast and pool area was great
Very friendly. But had to shake everything out to make sure there was not roaches in our stuff. We did inform the front desk if this. It's a shame since this was the only dow fall with our room.

Family Fun we had awesome family time together We had fun in the pool breakfast was awesome fully stocked every day it’s nice to go someplace where it’s clean and everybody’s kind I’ll always return !!!!!!!!!
