When we looked on map we were worried that it was not a good location for parks however it is really very good go 192 then I4 and just come off at which junction u want as all the parks are eaily accessible off of the I4 they are all withinin a 20 to 25 minute drive. We had a few problems finding Tiki Liki it is not sign posted and u cannot see it from the 192. If u are coming from airport (29 miles from airport u pay twice for road tolls both are a dollar) u get a map with hire car get to 192 west and literally u keep going as if you are going to run out of the 192 u keep counting the markers down pass marker 5, pass Vista de lagos and you have to look out for a turning saying Avalon Road turn right and then sharp left into Bali Boulevard. On the left of the road you will see a petrol station called Race Trac as soon as u see this u know your turning is on the right at traffice lights at these traffic lights you will see on the left a wall with brass letters saying westside then u know u are at the right traffic lights, once u turn into Bali Boulevard it will be very dark if night time as there are no lights, but u just keep going and u will see Liki Tiki. Also when at the resort they have golf and peddle boats they state u have to pay to play these things but if u show them that u are a member of Tiki Liki u do not pay these things are free. We had a house not an apartment which was nice the only negative was the settee was a pull out bed and not very comfy to sit on also they have two wicker chairs which were not comfy either but all the facilities in the house and site were excellent, security was very good I felt very safe. Also if you go to walgreens by tiki liki u can rent a dvd for 50p they have a vending machine and u pay by card when it asks u for a zip code just ask cashier for a zip code for the hotel and she will give u it all the dvds are new releases, It is much cheaper than buying one from walmart. If u want a walmart u come out of tiki liki turn right and then right again on US27 its about 15 minutes from tiki liki.

Room Tip: We had house 201 good location for a separate pool which was quite as it can be a bit noisy at the lagoon

We stayed here in February of this year. I have a 3 and 5 year old. They both loved it! They have a lot of activities for the children. The pools are real nice and the waterpark is amazing!!! They have a nice place to eat by the pool and they did a DJ on Friday night. My 5 year old daughter had a blast dancing with all the other kids. We parked and didn't leave for two days until it was time to go to Sea World. I highly recommend this place. The hotel staff was nice and the rooms were real nice. We had a two-bedroom condo. The beds were real comfortable and my kids loved the jetted bathtub. ***Great Price and Great Place***

Room Tip: If your coming with kids make sure you make time for them to visit the pool and waterpark. Every person I met said that they wishes they went to Disney or Universal less days and spent more time at the hotel.

Our kids loved the place! My husband and I thought it was ok......wifi was terrible and never worked. Not sure how you can charge a fee but then it not work?? We obviously got a unit that wasn't updated. As long as there is no bed bugs and its clean I'm ok with it.....the shower was mostly clean but there was some mold. Our unit was basically a hotel room with a very small kitchenette, no dishwasher, no counter space. shower only, no bathtub, but the rooms were pretty big. The washer/dryer was great! Don't rely on the pictures on here for the one bedroom units as the one we were in didn't look like it. We had to call for sheets for fold out couch and some towels as it was not stocked. They brought it to us immediately!! The extra blanket in closet had holes all over it and was very dusty when I pulled it down. I just put it back and used a blanket we had brought. The workers were very friendly. Pools clean. I would stay there again (to give it another try) to see if we got a better room and because my kids loved the water park so much. If the experience is the same I would probably go for someplace different. The place was good don't get me wrong....I'm just used to staying in wyndam properties(my mom/grandparents have a timeshare) and they are extremely nice!

We only stayed her two nights, but enjoyed every minute of our stay! Very clean rooms, pool area, and grounds. Well-landscaped! Check in and check out were super easy and quick. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The pool area and waterslides were mostly for younger kids ages 9 and under, but the older kids enjoyed the pool as well. Plenty of activities to keep you busy all day. The 4 seater bikes were fun to ride around the resort and are included in your resort fee. This place was well worth the money. We would definitely return.

When we checked in the front desk gal just wanted to give us a first floor suite in a back building. Thankfully we had visited the resort previously and were shown a couple units so we knew there were better locations available. After we held out and refused to leave with their easiest answer they miraculously found a top floor unit with a south facing balcony overlooking the main pool and lakes. Three pools - 2 are smaller and quieter with comfortable strap lounge chairs and the main pool/water park that is busier with children and had the uncomfortably hard plastic lounges. The mini golf, basketball, paddle boats, shuffle board and quad bikes are included with the extra $7/night resort fee. We spent a whole week just enjoying the pools and amenities at the resort. Our 1bd/1bath condo was very comfortable. We were in 851F. The pool bar was a little noisy in the evenings but we got a kick out of sitting on our balcony and laughing at the drunk people trying to sing on karaoke nights. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped. The in-unit washer & dryer saved us quite a bit in laundry fees. Wonderful amenities for $72 /night. Super Target, Wal-Mart, Publix, and many restaurants are within a couple miles. This was the third condo/suites place we stayed at during this trip and was right up there with the Sheraton Vistana Villages resort. We were sad to leave.

Room Tip: You can sun on your own south facing balcony if you don't want to go out to the pools.
