It's sad when you check into a "RESORT" and your husband has to change a bulb right off the bat. Then they have to come and change out the fridge because the freezer did'nt work. Then the handicap access chair to the pool did not work for your wife also hottub was out of commission, pools were not warmed. Game supplies were not up to standard. Bean bags were not properly weighted to toss. Needless to say a lot of things were not maintained. I feel I wouldn't complain to much IF it was a short notice. Lol when I feel like crying!

Beds were a little old and sagged. Lots of noise from the employees talking/yelling to each other across walkways and parking lots early in the morning. I was on vacation and wanted to sleep in past 8. Needs curtains in bedrooms, the sun was bright even with the blinds. Location was not as convenient for entertainment or shopping. Would have loved more activities onsite. Very clean and comfortable, but it was hard having to haul all of our stuff up 17 stairs to our room.

We would stay here again. There is plenty of room for a large family and there are a lot of amenities that other places do not offer. We were very impressed with the customer service and how quickly they responded to our needs.
Not too far from theme parks and very close to the turnpike and grocery stores. There is a huge selection of restaurants within a few miles of the resort.
Overall a fantastic stay.

Room Tip: First street on the right, very quiet location.

We stayed here as an immediate replacement because our regular vacation resort was damaged in the hurricane and this was the only thing available for our dates. Resort was nice, clean and quiet, 2 levels instead of one so it's can be hard having to lug suitcases that are heavy up and down multiple levels. Washer/Dryer also on 2nd floor. Bathrooms in our unit were clean but a bit small. Furniture was ok, beds were comfy, even the couch bed had a thicker than normal mattress which made my daughter so happy, it was actually comfy! They were very responsive when our TVs didn't work right and the fridge needed to be colder. Also very responsive when we needed more supplies. There are cute ducks walking around and there are alligators in their pond on property, so be careful of them!

Only thing that surprised me was that there was a county prison on the same road approx 1/4-1/2 mile down. Made me a bit uneasy, but there were no issues.

It is a bit far from all the attractions though (further than we usually stay) and there are toll roads to get where you need to go. While 20-30 minutes didn't seem like much (and it's really not) at the end of a long hot day, when you've spent 12+ hours in the parks and are done and tired, that drive at night can be LONG to get back to the resort. It also makes it difficult to go back and forth during the day if you want a break vs. staying somewhere closer.

Room Tip: The resort rooms are two levels so be aware that means suitcases have to be carried up & down steps so be aware of that.
