It was a nice place. It felt homey. Love the walkways between the condos.

There is an ice cream place in the back or side of the condos. It was a nice walk.

All appliances worked well.

The only thing is that front office called everyday to try to solicit timeshare even after we said no. After the 3rd day we were dreading the calls.

My family and I stayed here for the week of Christmas. The location is perfect!! Check in was fast and easy. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Our resort C305 was spacious and comfortable. It is a bit outdated for me. Could use a facelift. My mom the first night got bit like 7 different times to the point her bites turned into water blisters. We could not find what bit her till 3 days later and we found lots of little ants. Another thing we were given a daily activity paper but I was told because it being a holiday week no activities were going to be done which was a bummer especially with kids. Other than that we enjoyed the pool and will return again.

We are owners and we purchased week 19 about 10 years ago and just last year found a deal on the week 18 , so now we own 2 weeks at the Parkway .. this is our go to Florida vaca every year and my wife my self our kids and their families all share this resort with us.. Yes it's older but we like it for the Jungle theme and the walkway to the pool .. we are near the tennis courts nice and quiet and just a short walk to the office, Gym and pools .. Old Town is a short walk and lots to do there infact we visit it several times every year car show bike show food and drinks go carts etc.. Disney and the attractions is not far either a short drive to City Walk .. we drive 2 days to get here from Cold Canada and believe me it's worth the bang for your buck .. i'm always looking for a deal on week 17 :)

Room Tip: pool side is loud and party place if that's what you want cool. you want quiet get away from the pool either way very enjoyable rooms

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the units are very clean, and the kitchen is well appointed, although there isn't a kettle.

On the downside, the pool is small, so I imagine that in summer it would get too crowded (we visited in winter). The units themselves are old fashioned, although I understand that they're going to be renovated in 2018 onwards. The units are also dark - you will need the lights on all the time.

We stayed in a 2 bed unit, and a major drawback here is that the air conditioning cupboard is right next to the room and roars like a jet engine, so you can't sleep with the Air Co on. This will be a problem in the summer as the hot water tank is also situated in a cupboard in the 2nd room and acts as a heater.

The gym is poor with no natural light.

Although there are some downsides this place does make a good base from which to explore the area, but I would not come here for a holiday detsination.

Our family have been owners at this resort since it was first built. We have experienced several changes in management companies and different approaches to internal exchange programmes.
We love the resort and consider it to have been well maintained over the years. However, now we are of pensionable age, the continued increases in maintenance costs have become untenable. Not only that, the company is no longer filling its contract where internal exchanges are concerned. As it is not always possible to travel on our scheduled dates, we find Diamond International to be extremely unhelpful when trying to arrange an internal exchange. This is despite the fact that sites like booking.com. seem to have plenty of availability.
The proliferation of online companies offering to get people out of timeshares contract for high fees shows that, as owners, we are not alone in our experiences with Diamond International.
We would like a response from the company offering us a solution to these problems. We have paid our 2 weeks maintenance bills for next year and are looking to exchange our first prime Easter week in April for the 3rd week in April. So far we have had no help from them and they keep on requesting us to make expensive international phone calls to check availability that never materialises.
