We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this villa. The owners were really helpful with the booking and responded quickly to the many questions I had. It's in a great location in terms of accessing all the parks and has local supermarkets to buy the necessities within a couple of minutes drive. Has all the facilities that you need like a washer, dryer, huge fridge freezer and lovely comfortable beds. The pool was a great additional bonus! I would recommend this villa to anyone going to Orlando for a holiday. It really was a spacious, clean home from home and hope to return to visit in the future. Thank you for letting us hire it!
I have been to Disney World many times before and always stay in a villa rather than a hotel because there is so much more room, and we can make sandwiches to take into the parks, saving a lot of money on food. This villa has everything you could need, internet, microwave, T.V's, pool, washer, dryer. It is clean and there are plenty of towels, and spare sheets. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet it is not far from supermarkets and shops. Disney and Universal took us about 20 mins to get to. The owner is very nice and helpful. My children and I were at the parks all day, so I was just looking for somewhere cheap, and this villa was by far the cheapest.
My family and i had an awesome vacation and i would recommend this villa to anybody especially if they have kids they would enjoy every moment of it. Looking forward to staying in the future

This villa has everything! I was very happy with my stay. My wife and children absolutely loved it as well! Definitely would refer this villa to anyone and I will definitely be back!
The description of the home was accurate with no surprises. The pool did have issues, but it was rectified. The house met our expectations, and within two weeks, we were calling it "home". We enjoyed our stay at the villa. We are two retired couples who decided to spend two months (February and March) in Florida--what an adventure! We now know two couples can live together and survive. We had plenty of room for alone time at the villa.
We did a lot of traveling visiting the area (check on a Sunpass-glad we did.). I recommend visiting Mount Dora--a small town which has quaint little shops to visit. On the third weekend of the month, they have a huge antique and flea market.
In February was the Strawberry Festival in Plant City. This is a huge affair with added attractions--we saw the "Golden Boys"--Fabian, Bobbi Rydell, and Frankie Avalon. Of course, this would be for the older folks, but other attractions were available.
We visited the Tower in Cape Canaveral. I think there were seven floors to visit--we enjoyed because we lived in this part of history.
If you are older, I highly recommend the St. Johns River Cruise in Sanford. We had a three-hour tour on the river in a paddle-wheeler, had a beautiful lunch, was entertained by a singer who sang songs from the 60s/70s, and danced.
We attended Titanic-the Experience and had a wonderful time. Performers walked around us telling stories as if we were on the boat, had a luxury meal as if we were in first class, and we saw the exhibits. This, again, gave us something to talk about.
We were going to do "the Eye" but found it looked too slow for us. Nearby is Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and Sealife which we did explore--we did it once and that's enough.
As you can see, there are plenty of other activities to do in the nearby area besides Disney. Kissimmee, our home, was located perfectly for us. Oh, there is a beautiful park in the town of Kissimmee which has a walking path near the water, a place for young children to play, and a place to pick up lunch and have a picnic-check it out.
