We stayed for a few days and noticed immediately how dirty the rooms were. Very uncomfortable to stay in and feel clean. So many things were broken...we were scared to used anything because it wasn't clean. There are no washers/dryers so if you stay a long time you cant do any laundry. The tvs were very old and there were no remote controls! Definitely not somewhere you want to stay if you are looking for a clean and updated space.

A group of guys stayed here to do a fishing trip. First of all, it is filthy. The bed had hair on the pillow cases and stains on the sheets. All of our rooms were disappointing. Many better places out there.

Had a nice clean 2 bedroom 1 and a half bathroom. Room 208. Everything in the kitchen was upgraded and brand new. T.V. in both bedrooms and a large screen T.V. in living room. An OK balcony, only half screened in, and a no screen balcony off one of the bedrooms. Great Views. Crappy pool, and also can't swim off the "beach". Very nice guy in the office.

Booked a week there and when we arrived and saw the deplorable conditions we tried to leave. Pre-Paid so no refund per the management. No other hotels were available in the area so we were forced to stay.

The Yellowtail Inn is owned by the same group and shares an office with Casa del Sol. The rooms are very tired with old equipment and furniture. One chair was ripped while the floor in the bathroom was damaged. No complimentary tea or coffee in the room. One of the towels had an unpleasant stain on it. Person at the office was friendly and helpful. They said they would be off site from the evening onward. The whole place felt insecure. Beach area is not as nice as in the photos with a lot of detritus. All in all, not what you'd expect in a top location and, even though a budget Inn, not good value.
