Well the grounds are beautiful. Reception and lobby was nice. Stayed in room that had view of water. Room was fine. Glad I was strong to get luggage up flight of stairs since their was no offer from check in. Service by the pools was non existent and kids running wild everywhere even at quiet pool. Food and atmosphere was great at night was wonderful but terribly overpriced. I was terribly disappointed in what they try to make it as a beach and water. For alarmist $500 a night we tried to spend little time here. I cannot believe people stay here for that nightly cost!! I just don’t get it. Only way I can figure it out was there were Corp events going on. Again just don’t get it and cannot justify a return to this property.

We had a fabulous stay. We used the upstairs terrace area for work meetings, spent time at two of the pools & enjoyed the fire pits at night! Some of the fire pits were less strong than the others. The staff was able to bring our blankets and really catered! Marcus at the Spa pool was incredible!

Great experience. Deanna Daris was a wonderful catering and event coordinator for our 30 person group. Santonio Grater was a cheerful and upbeat bellman who welcomed us with a smile every time. The food was all very good but our favorite was the Nikai sushi restaurant.
