Overall it was a really good hotel... But the thing that made it extraordinary was the great front-end service led by Saken. He went out of his way to make everything great and bend over backwards for us. Would highly recommend. Thank you Saken!

The property was good but the staff was amazing! In particular, Saken, did everything he could to ensure we were taken care of from the moment we stepped foot on the property!!!! Can not say enough about how well he treated us!!!!

We stayed for 5 nights with 2 rooms using hotel points. The room was a good size with 2 queen beds and a nice size left for a oversize chair. We had My husband and I with 2 adult boys and teen girl with her best friend and all fit well into two rooms. We brought a queen size air mattress into one room that fit perfectly.

The bar area was nice and the drinks were good. They give you free drink tickets but those do not cover much.

Due to Covid the breakfast was given in to go containers but it was a good breakfast.

The owner is very hands on and for the most part things were good.

The only complaint I have is towels. We never got all the towels we needed for the room. For 3 females - 1 adult and 2 teen girls they gave us 2 towels. It was very time consuming to get enough towels.

A positive was the cleaning of rooms crew was good. My daughter at one point spilled chocolate milk on the sheets. I went to the front desk explained we needed a clean that day and we were leaving at 10am that morning when we got back to the room that evening the room was clean and beds were great with nice clean sheets. Again just one towel UGH but at least the clean was good ;)

My husband did say he heard the roosters every morning. I did not! I did get cute pictures of them all over Key West ;)

Overall I would stay again not with the idea of expecting a huge resort but with the idea of wanting to stay somewhere clean on a budget with a bar and a good breakfast.

The Hotel was very nice. The lobby/bar was fun as was the pool and Tiki bar. The room was comfortable. Joseph at the front desk was extremely helpful in making sure everything was to our liking. Next time we're in KW, we'll be sure to book a room at The Hilton Gardens 3850 N. Roosevelt Blvd!!

Motel not hotel is an old property however it’s been updated and overall ok. BUT, the mattresses are rock hard as impossible to sleep on. Front desk said they could put on a topper. But they ran out! Seems many others are having same issue as myself.
This is a Hilton. One expects at a minimum a decent mattress.
