The Caribbean House in Key West is our place to stay when in town. The rooms are small but very clean and very adequate for our needs. Marie is the host and is most accommodating, They don't advertise in most Key West travel sites, but the price cannot be beat especially during high season. At the end of our stay Marie even made arrangements with Paradise Porters to pick up our luggage to store until the ferry to Fort Myers left late in the afternoon. We will be staying with Marie again in the future.

Good price, Good location, awesome hosts!! It is very pet friendly, has parking, is near the beach and near Duvall street (but far enough away to be peaceful too:). Marie is lovely, as are her pets. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfy. There is an outdoor seating area with a microwave, fridge and some basic amenities. I made my tea here daily and warmed up left overs for a snack. We will be staying here on our next trip to Key West !

Room Tip: First floor is easier access but the second floor has a wrap around balcony with interesting views of the street and surrounding area.

There's really no reason to stay anywhere else when in Key West.
Location couldn't be better for shopping, restaurants, trolley stop, sunset and the beach!
Budget friendly, pet friendly AND PARKING!!
Hope to see you again soon Marie.

THank you!

Room Tip: Room 4, 1st level, opposite the office.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Marie and her four Yorkies and were treated like family. The rooms are small but are very clean, comfortable and cozy. We started each day with fantastic coffee ( fresh ground beans ) and were within walking distance of everything on our Key West " to do " list. The beach, Hemingway House, Mallory Square, Duval St., and the best restaurant, Blue Heaven, was across the street.Parking is free.I will be recommending this gem to all of our friends. One tip, be sure to open the gate with your room key before dropping it in the box or you will find yourself locked in upon early check out.

My wife and I found this through the chamber of commerce. We went to Key West at the last minute and were ready to take any room we could find. We found the Caribbean house and I hope you do too. Tiny little rooms just enough room to get around. Clean. Avoid the breakfast. It's in a great location you can walk to almost everything. Did I say location? yes!
Great prices. It's not a Hilton its a place to crash. No ocean view, maybe not even a window. It's a cheap clean room, and it's small but it's a bed and in a great location. You want fancy and big go someplace else this place was just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway at a great price.

Room Tip: Go sight seeing don't stay in the room. Take the tour of Hemming ways house it's nearby. Go watch the green flash as the sun sets.
