There were 11 people in my group. We rented both the Bimini Suite and the Grand Bahama Suite. They allowed one car per suite but we were fortunate that there were only 3 cars at the house while we were there because there would not have been room for a 4th car. The location was fabulous. You could walk everywhere. The pool was awesome. We spent everyday in the pool. The suites were gorgeous and clean with lots of towels. We had an issue with our air conditioning in the Bahama House that wasn't resolved during our stay so we were thankful we also had the Bimini Suite to take turns getting dressed in. Overall, I would recommend this beautiful property and I would stay there again.

Easy walking to Duval St., waterfront and many Key West attractions. Plenty of room for three couples. Pool area is great! Beds are comfortable. Good value.
This place far exceeded our expectations and was quite cozy. We weren't aware of the pool until we arrived so seeing such a great perk just added to a wonderful experience.
This place was everything we could've hoped and MORE! The house was beautiful and had such am authentic key west charm. The historic nature of the building really made it warm and inviting. The location was prime!! Just footsteps from all the great duval street bars. The property owner, Evelyn, was so great. She was amazingly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable. This is a definite WIN!! I would recommend this place to everyone!
We had a family of five stay in the Grand Bahama Suite July 6-9. Three days before our vacation we received an email that there would be construction going on and there was a possibility that I would not be able to park at the unit. By this time, it was too late to make arrangements for another place to stay and I had paid in full for this stay. The reason I booked this particular condo was because the other three units were going to be unoccupied and we wouldn’t have any worries about parking since the parking is on a first come first served basis. Upon arrival we noticed that the backyard was a tore-up mess as they are installing an in-ground swimming pool. It seemed like they were doing roof work, electrical and had multiple projects going on at once. If we had known this when we booked, we would have chosen somewhere else to stay. Key West is known for its night life, so construction beginning as early as 7 am did not sit well with us. They woke us up with the noise, and they were there all day. Additionally, the work crew’s pick up truck took top priority in the very small driveway next to the house. On our first full day there, the owner called us and told us we had to park in the public ‘park and ride’ garage 6 blocks away. Mind you, there are 5 of us and it’s sweltering hot in Key West this time of year. Overnight, the work crew would park their truck at the end of the driveway to purposefully keep our vehicle out. They were nowhere to be found; they just parked their truck there. The construction took up the entire back yard, so there was no way we would use the yard for relaxation. There is a staircase in the back of the house in order to get to the Bahama Suite, so you’ll have to haul your luggage up the steps. Otherwise, this is a very convenient location if you want to be near Duval Street. The rooms are spacious and this would have been a nice place to stay if not for the construction and parking issues.
