We stopped in Santiago's for a light dinner on the recommendation of a friend. This was probably our favorite "dinner" while in Key West for 3 days. The Mole Tacos (special of the day tapas) were fantastic, as were the Brussels sprouts. Since we had no reservation, we had to wait (on a Monday evening, during off season, mind you) for 2 barstools to open up at the bar. As luck would have it, the bar seating ended up being the best, as Fernando (bartender) offered us several tastes of wine prior to us selecting and ordering. We stopped in a few other wine bars where the "winetenders" were either rude, or wouldn't offer a taste of anything before you ordered. Compared to other wine bars and restaurants we ate/drank in while in Key West, this was by far one of our favorites. We will definitely return! On a side note: make a reservation for dinner! The seating area is limited, and it fills up quickly.
