We were staying in Miami and decided to take a day trip to Key West, so while there we had to get some Key Lime Pie!!! It was definitely worth the trip!!! The pie was delicious, and my son loves the ice cream, if you get close this is a must!!!!!

Since I love key lime pie, I'm a bit biased. But this joint has all the goods when it comes to authentic key lime pie. So if you love limes and pies, you'll have to check it out!

The key lime pie here is good, we had the regular slice, and the slice in a cup. The slice in a cup is a cute idea but the regular slice is better and more classic.

There are several Key Lime Pie shops in Key West and we tried them all. We thought they were all very good, including this one, and if you look at my other reviews we rated them 5 stars as well. Hear, it was neat because you could watch them make the pies. They had a nice cool place to sit and service was good and friendly. One thing I have noticed, because of the similarities of the Key Lime shops, I think some reviewers mistake which shop they actually visit, but in my opinion, you cant go wrong with any of them.

This pie tastes probably the same as key lime pie in other places in Key West. What is nice that you can see how it's made. What is not nice is the price. Almost $5 for a flimsy piece. What is also not nice is the attitude of the staff. They are not particularly friendly. Probably they are so aware that people will come to their place because it was made famous by Marcus Lemonis, that they think they can afford this behaviour. But in the profit Marcus always talks about the importance of the customer. In this restaurant they missed that part of his lessons.
