Great stay at Baker's Cay. Great room, beach, and service at the restaurants. Overall a bit pricier than we expect for the amenities. The room was nice and many areas updated but still has the feel of a late 80s, early 90s hotel. We liked that the property was very dog friendly - didn't like it was very family friendly (lots of families, making it a bit noisy). Overall though a nice stay and nice hotel in a great ovation with a nice beach, something you don't find frequently in the Keys.

Enjoyed my stay here at the resort. The service was amazing. Plus the daily activities with family was nice to enjoy. I went to the restaurants for breakfast and dinner and every time was just wonderful.

Services well delivered and the room quality and food were above our expectations. A lot of activities being offered during our stay. the restaurants have good options. I definitely recommend the hotel.

When the first experience is a condescending check in…you know you are in trouble. I really wanted to love this place..after all the cost was very high. As soon as we arrived for check in one young lady ignored us so she could check in the cute guy behind us. Then our room was not ready….it wasn’t ready until after 4 pm. The front desk was not able to assist with dinner reservations at the HOTEL restaurant. The pool chairs are lacking….minimal chairs for a hotel with hundreds of guests. The kid’s pool is a circus…loud beer guzzling people at the adult pool. Not relaxing. Not worth the money.

Just got back from few nights stay in a junior suite. The room was perfect for us. It had a pull out sofa, with a door that closes off the master bedroom, so there was privacy. perfect location, with a great beach for all. Shallow enough that the kids could play without it being too deep. Always able to find a chair at the beach. Beachside restaurants, which had delicious food. Great place to get-a-away. Only negative, was that we needed a microwave. Only hilton hotel I have stayed at that didn't have one. It is the keys, so dogs are everywhere. Just annoying when families leave their dog in the room and it barks the whole time they are at dinner
