Very nice and cozy

I will definitely return here. A one bedroom townhouse. Nice, clean and up to date. Balcony view of marina, where you can sit with a cocktail and enjoy the interaction with people leaving and returning from boat experience and jet skiing. Restaurant and bar on other side of marina has live band music at night.

New and clean, but then the resort fee and taxes add up.

This is a big space for a couple or maybe a small family with a kitchen. It is new and clean with comfortable upstairs loft and downstairs sofa bed with half bath on first floor, and a full shower bathroom on the second floor. if you have any problem climbing stairs, this is not the place for you - no elevator. First you climb up to the second floor to get to your suite, then up to the top floor for your loft bedroom. Also no pan in the kitchen, problem with one TV, noise across the canal with late loud music etc.Resort fee $50 per nite! For a small pool? And Monroe County tax is high!

Room tip: Avoid the lower numbers as they are across from a noisy bar which closes at 1 am

Trip to the Keys

Was much nicer then I expected. Loved the table and two chairs on the balcony overlooking the canal. The upstairs bedroom was large and comfy. Had all the amenities of home didn’t have to bring anything other then ourselves.

Newly Renovated and Quite Enjoyable

My husband and I have been staying in hotels in FL for the last 20 yrs. Many of them very nice, but if the staff that works there isn't up to par, then it doesn't make a difference. This is not the case at the Waterside. Janice (Manager) and her staff (James, maintenance and house keeping ) are all outstanding. When both the staff and the establishment are 2nd to none, then you have a perfect combination and a perfect vacation. If you stay here, they won't let you down.

Room tip: You may want to stay on the left of the office to be further away from the music that plays at the restaurant /bar across the canal.

Great Place

This place is amazing! What a surprise and awesome value for the money! Everything is updated and completely renovated! This is not a room but a renovated living suite. It has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. It is comfortable and the staff are nice. I was skeptical at first, so I asked to see the room. The photos are nice but it’s even better in person. All the furniture is new and comfortable.

The hotel is not located on the beach, but that didn’t matter to us.

This place is perfect for me, but the bedroom is upstairs. If you are unable to climb stairs, you should ask the staff if there are other accommodations.

I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed!
