My wife and I met up with our two friends for a 4-day trip to Key Largo and a stay at Largo Resort. We had booked one of the bungalows, but when we arrived, the staff offered us a free upgrade to the Grand Lodge and it couldn't have been a better experience! The lodge had incredible views of the water and we could walk straight out to the pool and to peaceful dock. Our king size bed was comfortable and we slept well every night. The property really does feel like an oasis, with lush greenery and water features, and the infinity pool looks out over the water. We used the available kayaks and paddleboards, but didn't get a chance to use the bikes.

We had one issue with a running toilet when we arrived but the staff fixed it promptly. Housekeeping brought us plenty of extra towels and even a soft blanket for sitting on the couch at night. There isn't much walkable nearby since it's right off the local highway, but you can easily bike or drive to restaurants (we especially liked Mrs. Mac's for breakfast). Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you're looking for a relaxing getaway where you can lounge by the pool.

Our party of 4- myself, my husband, our 16 year old daughter and her friend stayed in the Serenity Bungalow- a beautiful, well appointed room that fit all of us comfortably. The resort has an infinity pool and bikes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards for use. The grounds of the resort are impeccably maintained and very private. The fellow guests of the resort were a pleasure, and Doug the Manager was very friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a place to unplug and relax, this is your slice of paradise!

The facility was well maintained with a beautiful pool, beach and pier. The bungalow was private, spacious and well appointed for my family with good parking. Security was excellent with gated entrance. They offered paddle boards, kayaks, Hammack and self serve bar by the water.

Room tip: Bring cat treats!

We stayed a week at the Largo Resort in the Grand Lodge and it went beyond our expectations. Great private/quite location, friendly staff and wonderful accommodations.

Very nice pool with vanishing edge design...very relaxing.

Additionally we brought in Chef Drew (Chef Drew Catering) and Chef David every night to cook a gourmet meal in the professional Grand Lodge kitchen...just spectacular and highly recommend.

Largo Resort is on the beach with beautiful sunsets only seen in the Keys. Lots of restaurants around the lodge, best for us was the Catch and The Fish House.

We will definitely return...thank you for all the great service.

Room tip: Highly recommend the Grand Lodge 5,000sf but a bit pricey

This place is amazing! The grounds and landscaping are beautiful and the sunset is stunning. The staff were very friendly, we stayed four nights and we were steps from the infinity pool. Only a few bungalows were occupied so it felt like we had the whole resort and pool to ourselves. We ran across the giant iguana and named him Iggy. We will definitely return.
