The location and view from the large screened-in balcony were amazing! We watched dolphins from our balcony each morning! The staff were friendly and helpful, including happily accommodating our late night check-in. The facilities (including water-side pool, tables and chairs, etc.) were clean and easily accessible. Key Largo location is central for heading north to Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and the Everglades; and south to Marathon Key and Key West.

The view of the bay was breathtaking. The weather was perfect. Food and drink very plentiful and we enjoyed a cigarette boat poker run that happened to be going on. We also drove to Marathon for one meal and i ate lobster Three times!!!
Based on the overall appearance of the building, this unit is a little older than many units. That said it was well maintained on the exterior and the common areas. We felt the interior could use some updating but talking to other guests upgrades were taking place in other rooms. The slow down in the travel industry through the pandemic probably effected update schedules. King tides affect the parking area which can become an issue.
The staff is excellent and responded to request quickly and professionally. We enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed the visit and would come back. The area is beautiful. It was a short drive to any of the sites in the area. It was nice to have the gas fireplace to take off the chill in the air and for the oviance. The beds were comfortable which is always important.
Units very small, one car parking, no oven, needs renovation of rooms (Rotten wood in bath), floors not clean. It is all about location. To far to go to Key West for the day.

Just OK for 2 persons who need a place to stay for other activities in the upper Keys.
Clean and friendly!!! Boat is required to fully appreciate location but can not speak to slip fees. There is a bar next door but nothing else for miles in either direction.
Office has strict hours (expected), it wasn't expected to have no light switch or fan on patio.
