Units very small, one car parking, no oven, needs renovation of rooms (Rotten wood in bath), floors not clean. It is all about location. To far to go to Key West for the day.
Staff were great.
Just OK for 2 persons who need a place to stay for other activities in the upper Keys.

Clean and friendly!!! Boat is required to fully appreciate location but can not speak to slip fees. There is a bar next door but nothing else for miles in either direction.
Office has strict hours (expected), it wasn't expected to have no light switch or fan on patio.
This resort we have been to several times. We enjoy it because we bring our boat and quick trip to the atlantic ocean. There is a small boat ramp, boat storage and trailor storage next door and sometimes the resort has marina space to reserve. we rented jet skis nearby and a great massage place 20 minutes away in Homestead. The resort is simple older but has everything to relax. fresh fishery near by as well.
Great Location - the back yard is literally at the Marina - Fish swimming by - last year saw Manatees! probably best for couples though - Nearby places are in Party mode - went 4th of July so lots of people and boats around.
Good times at the Anchorage resort on Key Largo in the Florida tropics. A tropical paradise to spend your free time with friends and family. .A complete venue of activities.there are no shortage of things to do.
This is a small clean resort with only 30 rooms. It’s in a good location just as you enter the Keys. The view from the rooms are great. Dolphins play in the water. There is a restaurant next door which we did not try. All other restaurants would need a car. The furnishings are somewhat dated, but the bed was comfortable. The 1 bedroom units are adequate for only 2 adults and 2 small children. I would not have 4 adults in one room. If you are expecting luxury, this is not your place. If you’re looking for a clean resort in the Keys this is it. Don’t be scared off by the picture with the highway in the background. There is virtually no road / highway noise on the water side of the units.
